@tina0402x giffgaff have never let me down, suppose it depends on the area you're in. I pay 20£ a month and get fast broadband, unlimited mins, txts and dat, I tether my desktop and tablets of the phone too, they don't seem to be arsed. I've got a question that you could help me with???

  • Ian_MKMMA Ian_MKMMA (@Ian_MKMMA) reported

I opened an account with GiffGaff Saturday. Made no calls or texts as no service yet I find today that most of the money I paid in and saw on the account page online has 'disappeared' and I have to wait FIVE days for a response/solution... #money

@giffgaff Hi I already have a SIM card for the phone so if I order it with one I can cancel this stright off it’s not a contract term? Thanks

Got two scam texts about energy cost support within the same day. Given the real forthcoming payment and the anxiety of missing out on it, I imagine they are relatively easy to fall for. @giffgaff and @O2 really need to do better </preachy>

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@daniele_0583 Hi there. Regrettably we cannot cancel or delete SIM orders, but if it does arrive you can just dispose of it, if you no longer need it. - giffgaff Megan

  • chichi_writes Chichi (@chichi_writes) reported

@benno44775 @giffgaff I've done that. giffgaff says the signal is good but O2 says the signal is poor in my area. I am still struggling to get a signal. I've never had this issue before and I've been with giffgaff for years.
