@hullomail I'm having trouble activating my accounts - when I dial the mailbox number directly I get my answerphone message, but when I activate call diverts, the call fails. Using my provider's voicemail works fine. Help! I have the same problem on BT Mobile and giffgaff.
@kizzythechemist @Julie_B92 Giffgaff. Don't think I've had to speak to anyone, and can up and down my monthly too, was good when I had no new house internet
@giffgaff hiya ive just got a new phone on 3 network and i want to keep my existing number that ive had for a couple years now so i was wondering if you can give me a pac code
@giffgaff have informed me that the only way to stop @imimobile & @JayeshRPatel charging me for a service I did not request is to change my number! A number I have had for 18 years. This is diabolical

@giffgaff there is a problem that needs urgent attention. my card has been charged 8 times today (£80 thus far) for auto top up for a phone that is currently switched off. URGENT action required
