@ThisIsKateS @O2 You should switch to Giffgaff. Same network, cheaper.

  • javedmann Javed Mansuri (@javedmann) reported

@giffgaff Yes it was replied yesterday itself and looking for support looking at the urgency of the issue. I hope you understand this.

  • 08youngmi ninute (@08youngmi) reported

@giffgaff good morning. I'm very upset with you! you guys doubled the charge on my debit card last month and this month taking £40 from me in total, the website needs to have a direct contact email to resolve issues!

  • ibrahimyussop ibbi!!! (@ibrahimyussop) reported

i wonder if there's a market here for a 4th, completely online-only ISP/mobile service provider (no physical stores or call centers) with even cheaper data targeted at younger more tech-savvy audiences similar to giffgaff and voxi

  • javedmann Javed Mansuri (@javedmann) reported

@giffgaff That means there is no support immediately, right in case of any emergency issue like sim lost mobile lost and activate new sim asap. @UswitchUK

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@X_eLle_S @giffgaff This is because call barring is switched on in your phone settings,it's not a network problem. You need to do a quick Google search for "switch off call barring on your phone make and model"and you should find the default pin code for your model.

  • jeres Jeremy Allen (@jeres) reported

@hotgemMGMT I can't remember why but I had to get a contract phone. Was gutted to leave GiffGaff as they were the best service provider ever, and I've had a few.

  • lee_a_9320 Lee A (@lee_a_9320) reported

GiffGaff is the network of the jobless. Tell me I’m lying go on.

  • javedmann Javed Mansuri (@javedmann) reported

@JamesHouldcroft @giffgaff Once you face problem like us. You than won't suggest anyone else. Keep my word. Switch to other network you have time. There is no proper support center. No customer care service. No physical office, no direct human interaction, where you can ask for emergency support.

@giffgaff your app bug is still there. I pay for a Goodybag, the confirmation wording says new Goodybag starts on 23rd April. When I look on my account it says, correctly, the Goodybag starts on 23rd March. Reported this many times. Plse don't ask for more info. But plse fix it.
