    @HSBC_UK Ok, this doesn’t seem to help. I only have a credit card, I don’t have a current account with HSBC to transfer from. Can I not just pay with a debit card from another provider like you can with other credit cards?

    @HSBC_UK your customer services are pretty much non existent. 2 hours wait on the phone to be cut off. Money has not be transferred for 34 days - total disgrace

    @HSBC_UK is it possible to pay something off a HSBC credit card via the HSBC app or do I need to log in via desktop? I’ve just done a balance transfer but can’t see where I’d go to pay a some off each month on the app?

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been waiting for nearly a month to get access to the HSBC mobile banking app on my iOS 16(beta). Have you got any ETA for this fix as it’s getting incredibly frustrating waiting around to gain access to my accounts.

    @HSBC_UK My business/wealth manager couldn’t sort out the problem and I know he wanted to as I was going to invest 250k but the bank said no so I’ve said no to the bank

    @HSBC_UK make it up that they see suspicious activity on your account, block ur App then after an average of 14 mins getting through to them them via 3 non English speaking script readers they disconnect you No coincidence on the 4th go

    @HSBC_UK your app does not work on iOS16, meaning not only am I unable to use the app for my banking, I am also unable to use your website at my desktop, as the app grants the digital key. Please advise when this will be resolved, as I do need access to my account.

    @HSBC_UK Yet another number claiming to be HSBC today 0345 013 0157, I’ve never had a problem like this before and in the space of 3/4 weeks I’ve had 6-7 different numbers calling claiming to be you! Lucky for me I’m not stupid but what about your 100’s of vulnerable customers!

    @HSBC_UK I just want to transfer money from my FLEX savings account to an external account, nearly 2 hours later, being bounced from representative to representative and nobody can still tell me why I can't access MY OWN FUNDS. If I have to dial again it's going to be to cancel my acct.
