  • tommo_68 Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported

@afrocsgo @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Only getting 28.85mbps upload. Why am I paying for this as promised a better service

  • alicetang Alice (@alicetang) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Just feel totally let down - getting a response from your company takes days. I attended an online funeral on 6th so the timing of the service fault was awful. Really didn't need to be let down so badly right now. Fed up with your company's slow response - now planning to leave.

Anyone got recommendations on internet providers? So far the take away is Virgin can be okay depending on your area. Lots of support for EE. And people saying anything less than hyperoptic is unacceptable. I assume this is for those that run multiple private Runescape servers?

@Hyperoptic Must admit, your service for over a year has never failed. 👍

  • ollie299792458 Oliver Black (@ollie299792458) reported

@TalkTalk You seem to be under the impression that only you customers can call out your bad behaviour and hypocrisy. I'm with @ThreeUK & @Hyperoptic , neither have tried to shaft anyone on a fixed term contract.

  • goyalam AG (@goyalam) reported

@Hyperoptic Nothing reliable about broadband from Hyperoptic any more. It used to be a decent service but as an existing customer for the last month I am stuck with intermittent broadband service and none at Hyperoptic customer service even care to pick the phone so I can’t even cancel.

  • NetherSchot NetherSchot (@NetherSchot) reported

@BobKindred @TinpotJ That's not how they put broadband (optic fibre) in. They would be micro-trenching that, which doesn't break paving (might cut through sections though obviously). Just ask CityFibre, HyperOptic or others. What you see here is car damage.

  • neilcow Neil Cowan (@neilcow) reported

@Hyperoptic You installed internet at Battersea Reach, Wandsworth, today and left a mess. Rubbish left on the carpet and the hallway ceiling tiles not reinstalled properly. When will you be returning to fix this? (Copied to Concierge Management and maintenance.)

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Everdon, England

These issues are now nearing resolution. We anticipate that, barring any further technical issues, Hyperoptic will switch the service on by week ending 16 April 2021” 2/2
