    @CenturyLinkHelp You took over Level3, you have a major route in Denver that's currently down. It looks as if 3-4 ISP's use that Path to get from West to East Coast, please fix it.

    In order to throw a wrench into the plans of the left, we need to make the internet backbone into common carriers. Level3, Cogent, etc. should be barred from refusing service. They should be treated like the phone company.

    @GMorris95 Thing is, I’m not even a customer. It’s the entire backbone they bought from Level3 that they hosed up. It’s like anything that goes through them starts with a burst, then dies for exactly a minute, then ‘sometimes’ restarts, sometimes not. So annoying.

    Level3/Centurylink's customer response efforts are as fast as ever. 5 business days since I emailed a rep. I put a ticket in this morning, got an automated email at 11 am. Another close of business day and no humans. At this rate I'll get my cross connect working by December.

    Routing is still broken between @googlefiber and @kcixnet and KanREN networks. Their subnet is fine, but anyone on is affected. All started with they added @tata_comm and removed Level3/Centurylink :/

    I never mentioned this, but there's a glitch that allows Rocket's level 3 to hit at super jump height. I came upon this shit when I was in the lab trying to hitconfirm tk H spitfire into log, and I hit the two attack buttons and got level3...and that shit combo'd #umvc3

    @x0rz I dunno man, I remember when significant swaths of the internet would go down or very slow for an hour+ due to someone using a backhoe too close to a Level3 backbone. This sort of thing happened a couple times a month when I worked for an ISP.

    @CenturyLink @Level3 FYI there is an ongoing issue where DTMF tone is not passed by ur SBC to ur IQ SIP cust SBC . It's sporadic, we have pcaps ur VoIP techs doesn't seem to care. They insist on live call to capture themselves. Pls resolve ASAP

    As the issue progressed, we saw the traffic pass through Level3 and Century Link. Eventually once the issue was resolved the new path was through Century link. Verizon was able to fix this issue by changing the network peering. Ty @tweet2navya for analysis.

    @ThreeFDDI One of the last places i worked, they level3 person there would hold onto tickets for months until the customer complained enough up the channel to have someone else look at it, and 90% of the time, the entire sum of the ticket: "I tried to ping and Nothing happened"

    @VerizonSupport Your support call center provided an ETA of 08:15 US Eastern. That seems bonkers to me unless, like, Level3 and Comcast were having similar issues, but it doesn't look like they are, so I presume 401 N Broad didn't fall into the ground.
