    @CenturyLink Comcast customer here. One of your routers is dropping packages and needs to be remediated. It is preventing me and my coworkers from establishing a VPN connection. Router appears to be 4.53.56.181/lag-105.bear2.boston1.level3.net.

In a level 4 hospital with 1 in 8 roster this is never reached, In a Level 3 hospital on a 1 in 3 this is reached by Easter , scheduled work runs into the nights and weekends. Actual hourly rate is EUR 36 euro in level3 Vs EUR 82 in level4

    @Level3 it just took me 41 minutes to set up residential service - that is RIDICULOUS. Do better or pay us for our time! Also, get your people better headsets, it is almost impossible to hear and understand them, and that happened with both reps I spoke to. #centurylink

    @FidelityComm Please look into a way to bypass the level3 servers in STL. 2nd time in a month that I have had issues connecting to multiple sites and services and all get stuck at the level3 server in STL. Tracerts on netflix and twitch reveal the problem as a STL level3 server.

    @Twitch You should do everything in your power to avoid anyone having to pass through a level3 server to get to your services. They are trash, with a tracert command: 1.4 second ping and no pass offs to your servers. Multiple issues in less than a month is not good.

    Day 14 of 0.5mb broadband speed and day 3 of @BT_uk promise from Level3 to call and explain. Instead, I see a second engineer is booked. The pure arrogance of their support team is outstanding with deliberate barriers in place to stop customers contacting them. #EpicFail

    @FatCowSupport Over the past 5 days FatCow has delivered the most inept customer support I've experienced in 11 yrs of website building. Each time my ticket is escalated higher, the service worsens. Tonight a Level3 tech told me my domain is on Client Hold. (I called; it isn't.)

    @intheMatrixxx @POTUS Correct. The second outage map is from Centrylink's outage map (that includes all the networks within CentryLink.) GoDaddy east and several others were down for that same period. The CentryLink acquisition of Level3 went into effect 10/31/18. That's a big network to integrate.

    3/12 Traceroute indicates that packet loss is happening at a data center/point/whatever in Seattle called @Level3 (now @CenturyLink). I've learned a bit about how the internet works, but that doesn't help local access to my site. The GoDaddy rep says my local provider might help

    5/12 I try several calls to local Seattle numbers associated with the @Level3 data centers, as listed on Google. No one picks up. No way to leave a message. They ring out until the line just hangs up. In desperation, I decide to call the CenturyLink customer service number.

    So far, Level3 seems to be the only top-level ISP having outage problems that I've discovered. Nothing to suggest a relationship with this. @StrangeBeacons has published an odd poorly-spelled error related to the website, confirmed by other respondents.

    @AskFrontier Traceroute shows traffic from Hermosa Beach to UCLA (a few miles away) is errantly sent through a @FrontierCorp router in Chicago, yielding ~48ms RTT. (Return path is local in LA region via Level3). CLEARLY more is screwed-up in your network, and home-router reboot won't fix it.
