@LloydsBank your IB service is pathetic. Have been on a call since 1 jour and no advice is coming on the call. Since Saturday been trying. Your services are just not upto mark and the bank does not help with IB reset option. Pathetic service

@LawyerConcerned @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank appears to be having trouble with understanding really basic mission statements of all businesses… Keep your customers happy. Put your customers first. Why they chose to punish a bank manager for actually trying to help beggars belief.

@LloydsBank customer services helpline is not fit for purpose. They go out of their way to be as awkward as possible, Jayne Wilson, Complaint Manager, leaves a lot to be desired, as does CEO Charlie Nunn who ignores complaints.

@LloydsBank I was given 2 wrong numbers by Complaint Manager Jayne Wilson, who is not fit for purpose. When I was able to call this 24 hour service automated line is open 8 am to 8 pm and JW informed me I need to queue for 40 minutes to an hour (?)

@LloydsBank I will take him down to the bank again with the id and see if they will do it now. Not a quick or easy job as he has been ill with long covid for two years. No, we are not waiting til October to get the passport back and use that.

@LloydsBank could you please explain why it’s been 15 working days for my complaint and nobody has been assigned to it yet? Also why all the customer service staff are unable to take responsibility and ownership to help resolve my complaint. At no point was this even attempted.

@HSBC_UK @LBC 2/2 Still on the call with advisor who refuses to help and just goes silent. You’d rather let them be a victim of fraud. You should ask @LloydsBank how to do things properly when it comes to safeguarding vulnerable people from financial abuse.
