@LloydsBank I had to order a new card cos I accidentally got scammed. So I got on the bus yesterday and my card declined. I have google pay where my card is connected. But it's good to have a working card.

@LloydsBank There is a lot of information and miss information being generated. Having some clarity from my bank whom I have been with over 15 years, are able to help me clarify and re-assure me. Based on your response, this is not what you want to do? Am I correct?

Dear @LloydsBank I’ve just cancelled my insurance policy with you. Why? Last year, market value wise you overcharged me by £190, taking advantage of distraction with auto renewal. Well done, excellent policy, you’ve pocketed an extra £190 and lost a 12 year customer. #ripoffuk

@LloydsBank He’s had to go to work - and his phones been cut off due to the fraud so was using my mobile - been into branch who said we needed to ring fraud department- just so frustrating with no access to his money

@LloydsBank Hello, my mum has been buying from Amazon without issue, and I have just successfully paid with my card which I added to her account, as hers failed to go through today. Not sure if it’s a Lloyds or Morrisons issue ….
