    Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank I can not call this number because I am not in the UK. Your international numbers are extortionate to call, you have no direct messaging service within the App. Nothing works....just pure misery and appalling levels of service with your bank

    As a @LloydsBank customer I'm shocked. I found a wallet containing a large amount of cash today. Within the wallet is a Lloyd's bank card. I called Lloyd's asking if they could contact their customer to let them know I have their wallet. I've been told they will not contact them!

    @LloydsBank Can I call my branch directly for changing my address and phone no. if I don’t have a security number? My old phone no. and address are no longer in use, so I can’t receive the security number by post, and can’t login the mobile app to change these details.
