Been on the phone for over an hour with @LloydsBank and they can't provide me with my credit card number for my own card, nor can they issue me a replacement or confirm that they have any record of it even though I am looking at it right now on my statement. #poorcustomerservice

@rhiannaash @batch_2001 @LloydsBank I raised an internal ticket for this, there's a known issue with making open banking connections on Android. Quite why this news isn't in the know of the support team I really don't know

@LloydsBank Thanks, spoke to customer services, they told me to cut it up so I did. It's strange not to have a process for handing it into a branch and bank contacting the customer, to save them a 5 day wait though.

@allianzuknews @LloydsBank I've been a premier bank customer for more than £15years. I claimed on there travel insurance. We paid £1532 in total and only got £846.67 back. We turned down separate insurance because we thought we were covered. Don't be fooled!!

@Tesco @LloydsBank 5 days later and I still have a £120 pending charge on my account from Tesco pay at pump and no access to my money. Ridiculous situation and no help from merchant or bank both blaming each other.
