@LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

@LloydsBank I was told the couldn’t help me as my card was used in Liverpool today, upon calling my parents this was not the case they just used that as an excuse not to help me! I want something done about this as I have blatantly been lied to by your STAFF!!!

@LloydsBank is it common practice that you train staff in your branches to lie? I am away in the south and f England but I have left my savings card up north, I went into branch with my driver’s license like I have a few times while I’ve been down here!

@LloydsBank am@saddened the mortgage people just dismissed my application on one tiny issue that’s not even an issue. I’ve spoken to my solicitor who says it does not make sense. Causes me a lot of distress over Xmas. 😢

Very disappointed again at @LloydsBank at the service level. Called today & the only message I received was that #LloydsBank is closed today. Nothing at all about when next open. Once again shows the shortcomings; the disinterest in customer service, just like endless wait times.

@LloydsBank Hello, I have received text this morning about one of my current accounts being overdrawn. I have paid funds in to cover any further payments, will I be charged??? There is no overdraft facility on the account. Thank you for your help!!!

@LloydsBank you have blocked my card and an advisor can not unlock it instead I have to wait in a queue that's approx 30 mins for someone else too with no option of a callback. Any help I can get here before I have to go to work without being able to pay for bus?
