Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

@LloydsBank you are awful. 12 days and still no replacement debit card. I will be taking this to the banking ombudsman. Time to move my accounts to a better bank, Sterling Bank and put my business finances in a safer place.

@LloydsBank I have been trying to resolve a problem now for 6 months. It has cost you more in trying to deal with the issue than just giving me the money. I filled in the Eco Home reward paperwork months ago. I heard nothing. Called customer services they dont know what to do.

@LloydsBank. Inspite of Saying you are here 24/7 to answer customer queries, I have tried 3 times to call and discuss opening a savings account. Every time your message is “we are very busy and cannot take your call goodbye.”
