@LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

@LloydsBank Just to let you know, after 40 years a loyal customer I’ve withdrawn all my money from accounts after charges were levied on my Gold account, despite there being a few grand in there. This breaks our contract where you promised a fee free account as long as in credit

I’m all for being safe online but every single time I use my @LloydsBank credit card it’s declined is absolutely beyond a joke. Why have the text checking service if your gonna declined it anyway 🤬
