@LloydsBank my son has been trying to resolve a problem with his current account. Gave up on hold after 30 mins on phone. Then asked for help via app. Reply received (after 3 hours), saying can't help !!

@ThatTimWalker @CarbonisedPleb @LloydsBank The thing is you DO quite rightly get texts very similar to that one. I got one when I logged in to my bank account from a new device, and another when I added a new payee. The difference is that there isn't link. It tells you to go away and call them via the app if a problem.

@LloydsBank I spoke to a phone advisor and he instructed me to change my password and memorable information using the website and he said this would solve the problem. It hasn’t! I still get an error message saying unable to process transaction

Each time I warned them if they continued, I would bill them for my time and travel to a branch to confirm my innocence. They continued. I billed. They paid.
