    @Drystonesonnet @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank We opened a business account there and suddenly those directors who had personal accounts found that their personal accounts were available online to every other director. That was only the start of our problems. I wouldn't go near the place ever again.

    Hey @LloydsBank your “customer service” is shockingly bad. Not a great process if your goal is to retain customers after a mistake made by my local branch.
