    @LloydsBank how hard is it for you to deal with a fraud issue. Spoke to fraud then get to to speak to disputes who put me back to fraud. Someone just deal with it please

    @LloydsBank I've been with you guys since '02, and was planning on getting a mortgage with you this year. You've blocked me from sending cash to any crypto exchange, so you've lost out on a mortgage customer because of this silly move. I'm leaving, and I'm sure anyone else in crypto will too

    @LloydsBank Your so called 'customer service' is a joke. Hung on the phone for over 20 mins & still unable to get the answer to a simple question (how much do you charge to accept a cheque drawn in US Dollars?) then when I ask to make a complaint told that will take another hour!

    @LloydsBank Hi Katy - the value of the cheque offered will be approximately US$ 25 - I have tried to explain that this will result in disproportionately high bank charges here but this is the only way they can issue a refund so they have offered add the charges to the cheque amount. Roger
