@LloydsBank Thank you Stephen, I wonder why this was not suggested to my mum then in branch, instead they advised her to exchange the dollars elsewhere which is how the problem began... 😩

@LloydsBank just shut the Hertford branch down guys. Once again it’s shut at lunchtime. I’ve just opened a chase account as I see little point in maintaining a branch based bank. Useless.

@AndrewSmith2768 @LloydsBank They want us to do everything online or phone up, everytime my hubby went in to transfer cash to a builder they said 'you can do this online' my hubby said 'but I don't want to'. Its appauling how we're treated, we are the customer, they treat us like they're doing us a favour.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I've tried using the @LloydsBank app to approve a payment in the last few weeks it doesn't work. It appears to work but the retailer's website hangs. Tried different phones, reinstalling etc. I've always recommended you but this is REALLY testing my allegiance.

@LloydsBank After waiting well over an hour today my problem was resolved by very helpful staff. My point is this is not "exceptional" busy-ness but normal. Surely it is clear you need more staff to be able provide a reasonable level of customer service.

@LloydsBank I seem to be extremely unlucky. I have had to call your customer service 3 times in the last week. I called on different days and times, to be informed each time you were "particularly busy at the moment" and waited 1 hour + for response. When are you not "particularly busy"?

@LloydsBank suspending a recently widowed persons online accounts and not answering your help line phones isn't very customer friendly is it. How do we get this fixed if you won't answer the phone?

@LloydsBank why are your customer service so useless, just been on the phone to try and make a transfer, unable to so i wanted it cancelled and then she hung up on me. i suggest you find out whoever called me on 07377976996 and get a callback arranged today.

@LloydsBank not only has my hard been declined 3 times today but you have also said I can’t get any cash out of cash point? Is it because I’m never in debt? I’m sure if I was BAME , and overdrawn by £2k , I’m sure you would not block me

Hi! @LloydsBank I’m an International student and i’m new to the UK. I am opening my Lloyds bank account today and everytime I fillout the whole form and submit it it shows me an error like “It looks like something went wrong” can you please guide me what to do
