@LloydsBank, your service is beyond disappointing. No one answers the phone and your departments are not geared towards solving problems. My father has been banking with Lloyd's since the early 70s, but your current state is dismal. Clearly, this loyalty was a big mistake.

@LloydsBank my son who is 17 has a students account just had a charge off amozon in the us we tried to report it after 45 mins on hold the guy told him to call amozon whitch is impossible why cant he just cancel the card and send a new one ?

@LloydsBank Shamefully poor customer service. 5 months to set up a business account, still not done today then no call back today when promised still waiting three hours later. AWFUL service in every respect. COMMUNICATION 0/10 @LloydsBank
