    @LloydsBank . All this morning. You've rejected my international money transfer to Poland - no reason. Then you BLOCKED my account even though login details were correct. Now, I've been ON-HOLD for 55mins and counting! This is terrible.

    @LloydsBank I’ve tried this number numerous times since lastnight and every time get the same answer. Telling me to log in to my online banking. Can this problem be resolved in branch?

    @LloydsBank I will take him down to the bank again with the id and see if they will do it now. Not a quick or easy job as he has been ill with long covid for two years. No, we are not waiting til October to get the passport back and use that.

    @LloydsBank for two months I am trying to open Smart Start account for my 11 year old daughter. I had issues online and on the app, was told to go in the branch. I went today, to be told that Smart start can be only open online. This is ridiculous!

    @LloydsBank Hi Jimmy. Yes, the CVV number is there to make sure the person making the enquiry has the card, but my issue is that NO ONE made sure that the person who had the card was me! Oh, if you like reading, let me know :)

    @LloydsBank Having to wait for my call to be answered for over 90 minutes is a complete joke. Why does it seem that customer service has been forgotten in order to preserve profits. Invest in your customers or lose them!!!
