@LloydsBank Lloyds app was working fine up until about an hour ago, then asked me to setup app again, which I did. Provided code, entered correctly and it’s locked me out until new password can be sent by post. Seriously?

@LloydsBank froxe my card the other day, have since removed the freeze. Now can't pay with Google Pay - declines and I get a text message to say that it was because my card is frozen- but it's not! Help please.

(continued) Lloyds called me today to inform me there’s nothing they’ll be doing for me and that’s that. I told them I’m a customer of 15 years who will move my accounts away from them today if they won’t help and they were perfectly okay with that. @LloydsBank this is disgusting

@LloydsBank This is the error i'm getting: Landing Page Url is not available Correlation id : 0xcnhujd4dnnbiji07m9h8rv Its not just me either - 2 of my colleagues can't get ont he site either. We are all working remotely so using our own internet.

So, Twitter; what can I do? Who can I go to? No one will help and I’m at a total loss now. I hope this is a word of warning for anyone considering banking with @LloydsBank to steer well and truly clear. The service I’ve had has been obscene.

@LloydsBank I've tried another browser (one I had not used to log on to internet banking before) I get the same issue. I am able to logon via the mobile app but you have sent me some messages which I wish to download to my PC.

@LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?
