    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

    Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

    @lloydsbank hi just a quick query tried to deposit in the postoffice before with debit card the terminal said card error when checked after the black strip at back is peeling away at the top where I insert so is it best I order a new debit card

    @LloydsBank help! I have laboriously put in new login details now 7 times today to login to internet banking. Each time your software rejects the codes you sent ! Can’t get through on phone (and that didn’t help this morning for sake reason. 🙁

    @LloydsBank Thanks Lee. So what happens now? How do I make sure my appt on Weds goes ahead with Lloyds? This continual incompetence (since Mar 2019) is frustrating and I get inconsistent advice causing stress. It's never easy to deal with Lloyds mortgages and im a customer of 20 yrs+

    2/ Just called my bank @LloydsBank and they won't help unless I have contacted the Merchant (which I can't do - see above) or allow my card to be cancelled which is bloody inconvenient. Absolutely #shitcustomerservice from two UK Institutions!
