@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

I got one when I logged in to my bank account from a new device, and another when I added a new payee. The difference is that there isn't link. It tells you to go away and call them via the app if a problem.

Each time I warned them if they continued, I would bill them for my time and travel to a branch to confirm my innocence. They continued. I billed. They paid.
