    @LloydsBank Gillian, worst service ever, I called & was on hold for 1hr, so I hung up & used Twitter to message, I first spoke to Sophie-Louise, who put me through to PaulR and then he transferred me back to Sophie-Louise who told me to call 0345300000 again, this took more than 1hr.

    @LloydsBank Worst thing is Gillian, the problem wasn't resolved and I wasted over 2hrs trying to get a simple answer. I've been very loyal to Lloyds Bank for many years, todays service was shocking, so disappointed.

    @LloydsBank I currently have a Help to buy Isa account with £200 going into that account every month, but I want more going into it. Can I up this to say £500? If not then whatever way is there to save more or change the Isa account settings?

    @LloydsBank I have been trying to get through to someone but the waiting times are 1 hour plus. I want to report some letters from yourselves which have names on I don't recognise. I'm concerned there may be fraud going on. Can you help me find someone to talk to?

    Now @LloydsBank say it'll take 20 minutes to speak to their fraud team. Pretty clear their priorities don't sit with customers. Time to move to a bank that a) gives a crap and b) has working technology

    @LloydsBank Ronnie, I was connected to 3 people, your mobile app message facility wasn't being responded to, 2hrs I waited to be told to call again, are you missing my point, do any of you have any customer service training or are you all advised to divert the problem?

    @Payteer @LloydsBank Same thing happened to to me a few weeks ago, I tried reaching out to support they did nothing, then a friend of mine referred me to #cybermonstersecurity on Instagram he resolved it immediately. Check him out I’m sure he can help you out too.
