    @LloydsBank I’ve managed to re-set all my details, but for some reason the app/log in isn’t working unless it’s through WiFi, can not connect using normal mobile data..repeatedly saying ‘technical issues’

    @LloydsBank hi Lloyds Bank. Need your immediate help. My g/father who is an OAP just tried drawing £300 cash from one of your atms. He got his card and receipt but no cash. What does he do/report to? He is anxious. Pls assist.

    @LloydsBank Think so, it's what they gave me when I asked just that. I do remember a similar problem a few months ago, and was just told it meant that the name couldn't be checked, not that it was wrong, which is what the message said

    @LloydsBank twice this week I’ve had online payment declined. Am told that it’s because the merchants aren’t following SCA process - but the deadline for that is March next year. Does this mean I’ll have this problem for the next 3 months?
