    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    When it comes to EV charging my @LloydsBank let’s me down many times but @monzo just works. Went to pub to order lunch with card and had to enter PIN. Mustn’t like me being away from Southbourne. @bppulseuk app wouldn’t do it either with my £20 credit.

    @LloydsBank Is it possible for an expert with control to all communication lines in and out of a town (Skelmersdale) to manipulate cash machine figures? (i.e. Using COBOL) Concerned customer.

    @LloydsBank @aleximj Issue seems to be you "are particularly busy at the moment" all the times thus anytime a customer need to reach you they waste hours on the phone. Im seriously considering switching to another provider because of this.

    @LloydsBank Hi Martin yes I completed the application and it said it was being reviewed and not to submit multiple applications. The issue is I haven’t received an email confirming anything and two family members did the switch this morning and were instantly accepted.. bit concerning.

    @LloydsBank Hi, so to confirm if I open my account today and select my switch date to be the earliest date available. Will I still qualify for the incentive as I know I need to leave 6 working days or because the switch will complete after the 27th will that not qualify?
