@LloydsBank I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to be told how easy online banking is on the phone when I'm ringing because the @LloydsBank online app doesn't work and is full of bugs. I've tried applying for a product several times and the application returns an error.

@LloydsBank Hi Scott, I want to change from Gold account to the Classic , but it’s hopeless, my daughter came from London to help ,drove to Yeovil , had to make an appnt. We tried phoning, hopeless, I’ve tried phoning ,hopeless, no one answers I’m on my own !!

@LloydsBank Was in a holding pattern for 30 minutes then got through to an adviser who promptly told me her machine was frozen. Threw me back into the queue again. Absolutely appalling service.

@LloydsBank Lending team. The person I got seemed reluctant to acknowledge that there is error the eligibility application and deemed the credit card eligibility to be "50/50"... The online application renders an error with that application rather than providing a conclusive outcome

@LloydsBank sorry Lloyds bank your service is abysmal, I’m trying to change my account for which you are going to charge me for after 60yrs !!! No one answering, I can’t drive after an op, get your act together , I suppose you are all ‘ working from home’ So much for loyalty !

@LloydsBank Thanks. It is indeed the PIN that needs sorting. Currently waiting for a response having called the number you gave me. Only 25 minutes so far, must be near the top of the queue now. Does your management realise how awful this experience is for your customers? They should try it

@minimoze @LloydsBank About time! Miss the days of properly trained administrators who knew more than one piece of a jigsaw (which is how each service is treated now across many industries) that you could get on the phone or pop in and see. Customer services has been on the backslide for years now.
