@LloydsBank again over an hour trying to sort out a payment process due to online banking transactions not working! 3rd month now!Called customer service team and been shipped from pillar to post with still no resolution!Also expects me to wait up to another hour on the phone!!

@LloydsBank Lloyds, as you can see from the URL I highlighted - and as you can also see, it's the "you are slogged out page", not the login page. I logged in and out again, and it didn't repeat – I got the correct page the second time.

@LloydsBank Yes as they can’t help! But they can’t be that busy to not be able to answer the phone for an hour! Ive tried everyday now and its getting frustrating, and even more if im getting charged for calling

@LloydsBank Yes it’s showing on my account as leaving then coming straight back, I gathered there was an issue with his account however I can’t get in touch with anyone who can help I’ve been trying to phone for 3 days

.@LloydsBank Problem - I'm trying to pay a cheque in with the Android app, but the cheque is 21cm by 8cm so filling the corners omits 1/3 of the cheque, and it won't take the pic otherwise. Solution please?

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying to contact someone about an issue I have on my account, it won’t let me transfer money to or from my account, I’ve tried online banking, tried phoning the branch and tried the virtual messages and it’s impossible to actually speak to a person could.
