@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

@NatWest_Help Hi, i'm with RBS but when our local rbs branch closed, we have had to use the next door NatWest, is it possible for me to exchange some japanese yen back to gbp in branch as an rbs customer? If yes, can I know the buy back rate for yen as the website doesn't say.

@NatWest_Help @sophb66 Sorry to jump on this thread, but I’m in the same position with my mortgage! I was told by NatWest on the phone on Friday that I am unable to access an account online with NatWest as it came from Metro Bank, and that my only way to manage it is by phone. Is that not the case?
