Just so as everyone is aware withdrawing cash from Natwest is fun. Staff question you to give details on how you spend it. This made me very uncomfortable being asked these questions in full view and earshot of every customer there but its their policy apparently.

@NatWest_Help It was applied for online via the Natwest website. Not digidocs I believe. The mortgage number is meant to be sent by email to us, no?

Got more response from NatWest via Twitter DMs but still not really understanding or able to help. It appears they cannot see videos on the platform they use to interact with Twitter (I sent them a video of a failing transaction). Ocado or Natwest? Will ditch NatWest.

@razlou @MartinSLewis Got offered a similar switching deal from NatWest where they said the new rate would have been effective immediately. With Lloyds instead you can fix the rates (with a new mortgage offer) and start it in February.

I was able to log in, was told I was eligible to switch but when I clicked on it it told me my switch was in progress (I hadn’t even seen any rates available). By the time NatWest resolved the issue the rates had gone up
