@NatWest_Help NatWest app not allowing me in with biometrics this morning? It’s asking for a full password, customer number etc? I’m dubious about entering this info

  • jayh249 jay (@jayh249) reported

@Dave_Blogs @MorganBroadcast @firstdirect As a Natwest customer, I checked the app with a friend and definitely cannot get my PIN number to display in the app. however in my Santander app it is easy to display the PIN - once you enter the security pin (which you would need to know)

That biometric approval on the NatWest app’s a gobshite. I hope none of those ******* photos of me blinking my eyes ever end up on a database *******.

@GeorgeMonbiot Not Vodafone but had a bad experience during the whole Power of Attorney procedure. I felt that nobody really cared and it was very low priority. Have had apology and compensation from NatWest and Phoenix Life but there will be many who just put up with this shoddy service

  • jayh249 jay (@jayh249) reported

@MorganBroadcast thats brilliant news that Santander have accepted full responsibility and are going to refund all thr fraudulent transactions. just to let you know I am a Natwest customer and cannot get my PIN to show in the app.

  • JPWR_1984 Jay (@JPWR_1984) reported

Now I’m getting as far as approving transaction in my NatWest app, going back into your app to continue adding funds which loads then says app unavailable. App seems to be broken.

@Elliot0403 I had similar problem, Barclays covered me thankfully after I reported it and got my money back. Doesn't Natwest have a reporting fraudulent purchase, so you can claim the money back?

@ClimateWarrior7 I might take a **** in the nearest NatWest and see if they'll write off my credit card debt.
