Trying to transfer some money to my solicitor via NatWest’s online banking and mobile banking app has been a truly awful and frustrating experience. At this rate, it would be quicker to withdraw the cash and post it.

@NatWestBusiness @NatWest I would consider typing "natwest app" into the search bar on twitter. Its 100% a system error which needs to be recognised and addressed ASAP.

Hi NatWest your online banking and mobile app appear to both be down - “Cora “and your support site appear not to be aware of this - Cora just directs people to your support site that says all is working . There are a few tweets now on various sites relating to this .
