@purgstallheath @NatWest If there is high customer demand to a customer service number doesn’t that say something about the customer service?

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # A POX ON ALL POLITICIANS # (@Morris2906) reported

@purgstallheath @NatWest Exactly my point! "Customer service" is something they definitely do not understand.

  • VModifiedMind Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported

@dseselectric @NatWestBusiness Meanwhile Natwest it seems need more than a business working day to call me back with an enquiry that could make them tens of thousands over a few years. Not sure why banks take so long to even phone you.

  • grauniaddict C T Johnson (@grauniaddict) reported

@purgstallheath @NatWest Sadly the same fatuous excuse is heard on almost every consumer-facing phone line you call. Banks etc are shifting huge time costs onto their customers. There ought to be a legal requirement for a minimum standard of service.

  • sarahsmall Sarah Little (@sarahsmall) reported

NatWest just paid my rent twice today as a ‘technical error’ that ‘can’t be recalled’. The guy on the phone says they’ve been having issues with standing orders all day so check your accounts!! @MartinSLewis

  • RhynoMu mohammed uddin (@RhynoMu) reported from East Ham, England

@newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

  • petecriddle Pete Criddle (@petecriddle) reported

@purgstallheath @NatWest Same with @CooperativeBank who gave me £25 when I complained about my time being wasted but absolutely avoided addressing the real problem of too few staff and an online banking platform that doesn't let you do what you need!

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported

: Dear @natwest, every time I call you there's "high customer demand". Might I suggest this is, in fact, 'normal customer demand', and that you could make better use of the English language?
