@NatWest_Help @NatWest Michael, I am aware of the option to pay in a cheque to my #NatWest account at a Post Office but the major problem is this requires you to carry a huge paying in book around with you and you can't just pay in like you can at a NatWest branch using a NatWest debit card.

@MichaelLNeale I’d be more excited if they released some actual customer service #Natwest

Natwest is highkey the worst bank...its the Access of obodo. How do you just block my card for online transactions and no text or email or anything. I now have to be the one to call to find out wtf is going on. Rude and dumb bank. This near 20 year tumultuous relationship is done

@HMRCpressoffice We're trying to get hold of Natwest to get my daughters TF but no joy. Do you have any contact details for them please? Nothing we have works, mails been returned. Branch 'can't' help.

@NatWest_Help Help doesn't mean help when it comes to Natwest. Remember folks profit before customers always comes first.

  • DSkaith David Skaith (@DSkaith) reported

There’s currently around 25 people waiting to be seen in NatWest Branch. Advisors constantly telling people to ‘do it online’. Having spend 90 minutes on hold to a telephone advisor i would say the current system @NatWest_Help is using isn’t working. A bank is still a place….

The Question Time desk makes it look like a really tedious argument has broken out in your local Natwest

  • nanook_eth nanook.eth (@nanook_eth) reported

@mattysino Problem is that some (most?) are limiting what exchanges you can use . E.g. NatWest will let you transfer £500 to coinbase who then charge you £20 to buy say ethereum. Then you have to transfer to cb pro to then transfer to your wallet.!

  • GothOnABrompton Goth on a Brompton (@GothOnABrompton) reported

They've suspended account access, as expected and correctly, but literal radio silence. Back in August, NatWest closed the business account within 1 week of uploading documents and transferred funds twice what was in his Barclays account to my Barclays account.

@TeddyCleps @Twittax4 I bank with NatWest and can withdraw and deposit to exchanges no problem, so not too sure what your issue is.
