ARgghhh! @RBS_Help took it upon itself to change the name on my current account without telling me. Had to go to a Natwest branch for a 'fix' — which locked me out of online banking. It will take 3-5 days for complaints dept to call me — and there's no guarantee they can sort it!

@youwouldknow Let me tell you about the time when, at the gym in the basement of Natwest Tower, I returned from the shower to find some ******* had broken their key off in my lock, and I went to reception wrapped in a small-ish towel to have the bolt cutter convo, which is when the fire 1/2

Son trying to cash in his @HSBC_UK child trust fund. They need a bank statement to prove ID. No one has paper bank statements any more. 3 trips to HSBC, still not resolved. Goes to Natwest to ask for help. They say “HSBC CTF? Yeah, we get lots of problems with that”.

@NatWest_Help I need to contact your Data Protection Officer. I called the number on your website privacy notice and was told there is no data protection team at Natwest. Eek! UK GDPR requires you to publish contact details for your DPO, can you help me please?

@NatWest_Help There’s something not quite right with Apple Pay notifications. Apple Pay works fine, just no notifications. Tried on another phone with a NatWest account similar issue
