@MattGambell Dude, what are you talking about? NatWest/Barclays/HSBC/Lloyds all have fees for biz banking. Bankline by NatWest is one of the greatest ripoffs ever produced. Lloyds literally charges me three quid a month if I don’t do a deposit. Banking cust service is hilariously worse here.

Do the NatWest fraud team, or any bank’s fraud team do outbound calls? I’ve just been belled then by this fella. He seemed to have access to my account like but it’s just a bit bizarre that they’d ring me instead of me ringing them.

@NatWest_Help Okay @NatWest_Help, if only 'Message Us' was useful for anything more than a basic, basic enquiry. The #NatWest assistant Cora needs help - she's a lot to learn and is repetitive in suggestions to a problem, no matter how it's phrased. #Cora wasn't any help in my experience.

But first before NatWest or HSBC or the NHS or BT takes down their Twitter & Facebook accounts they publically name call all of their customers “unfair” “malicious” “deeply personal” This is unprofessional & inappropriate. It’s actually shocking. No accountability whatsoever.

@ExperianExperts I can see what it is, I have had a 40 point deduction because Natwest changed my select account to a Current account as twere was closing my select accounts. I work full time, pay all my bills & my credit score just goes down and down. I asked for a NOC that hasn't been done.

Ugh one of the mums got scammed and paid via #PayPal. She's been told to wait so long by them and #Natwest as "no one" can help. She was trying to get her son a #switch for his birthday the poor little lad. He's such a lovely soul bless him. My son gets on with him so well.

@NatWestBusiness @QuickBooks So the situation is exactly as follows 1. I can connect to my NatWest bank accounts through QB no problem. 2. I can login directly to NatWest ClearSpend. 3. I can't download transactions from ClearSpend to QB. It says 580 error. I've had sessions with QB support to resolve this.
