@NatWest_Help You finally get passed digital assistant Cora who is like M3ghan! (Her goal is to not allow you to speak to a human)! To a 26 minute wait for customer services. Not the Natwest I remember.

@victorialewis76 @CooperativeBank Ended up locking my account yesterday going round in bloody circles, really really pissed off. CS couldnt unlock as the dam system is down! After 5th April when all DDs are cleared will change to Natwest or Lloyd's both banks have good reps
