@StarlingBank For anyone following this thread I'm going back to NatWest. @NatWest_Help were much better and never let me down. I was offered a four figure sum to change to a smaller bank last year so I took it. It's time to go back to NatWest now. Starling are genuine garbage.

Rather bemused by the spokesman's defence quoted in the Telegraph: "No laws have been broken. The Health Secretary and Ms Coladangelo were both in the department for legitimate work purposes." This is like trying to claim that bank robbers are genuine NatWest customers.

@NatWest_Help extremely disappointed with the recent upgrade as I have lost complete access to my NatWest account as the app keeps on crashing. Please can some one get this issue resolved. Thank you
