@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

@EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

@dannycassidy2 @jkm4321 Civil service normally have loads Danny, passport office and that in town. Natwest in wavertee are taking on customer service advisers, I could have a word with the managers if you went for it, more than happy to spend some time with you to discuss application and that.

@s0upersue Gotta admit I was a difficult customer in Natwest Streatham recently. Mind you, they deserved it. And I wasn't as tricky as the guy who, put upon by the question "What is the purpose of your withdrawal of £8000?" would only answer "To buy a gun".
