Cry of help to UK-based Bundesliga fans: How are you watching games these days? Murdoch bought the rights, but isn't showing us any actual matches? I begrudgingly bought a trial NowTV sub, but it's looking like a waste of money so far.

The @BLAZETVUK app is hands down, the worst TV app out there, and that include @NOWTV. The wrong shows are linked with the wrong listing, shows cut off half way through, utterly amateurish!!

@mileswoodford Ok Miles, follow the problems watching nowtv option that applied to you then click on the downward pointing arrow that says get in touch. If you're an apple or mac user, please make sure you have downloaded the recent security update also, this may resolve it. -GH

@cd2026 @SkyHelpTeam The TV itself is awful, absolutely awful, the sound, the picture, just awful and they know it which is why they're allowing people to have a puck like NowTV to steam sky "glass" through. Plus loads of channels missing, sub standard product.

@NOWHelpTeam Yes, the program causing the error is NowTV's player… But in terms of other software, no, I've not found the one that yours is confused about…

@NOWHelpTeam Also - reading through the community help forum - essentially the solution is for me to try and find an undetermined bit of software on my machine, that isn't recording NowTV - and to turn it off... How is that deemed a solution?!?! Please tell your product team to do better?

@alittlebitjenny Not sure if it'd work but it should be streaming on NowTV, which you could find a way to sneaky VPN yourself into watching via a free trial.

@LeadTestInclude We canned Virgin to go with Freeview plus Now Entertainment package. Still fairly cheap I guess. Just about enough programming that isn’t covered elsewhere. The NowTV box we have is rubbish. Awful interface (but it works - no channel numbers for freeview channels)

@NOWTV I was promised a refund of 6 months membership having battled with your customer service department for almost 2 months. I was told it’s take 3-5 days 8 days ago… still nothing. Reference 11111077. So tired of this awful service.
