@pikapies Every streaming service sub should be minimum 1080p nowadays and it is ridiculous charging extra for it nowadays. NowTV's software is god awful.

@NOWTV I've moved into a new flat, ordered my internet almost a month ago to ensure it was ready the day I move in because I work from home, and now you're telling me my line hasn't been activated and to wait up to 72 hours for an email from another team to tell me why??

@NOWHelpTeam @NOW done that twice,it comes to nothing. You say you can’t do anything- tell me to use chat, I do, they tell me to email, I do, they don’t reply/ignore/close the case. Now I’m just so angry that I’ll keep posting how awful @NOWTV are until they behave in an ethical way.
