@now Hi, there is a problem with the NowTV website billing back end, causing it to repeatedly forget my credit card details, display clearly contradictory info about payment status of my account. Phone staff rude and unhelpful, unwilling to escalate as a -technical- issue. Help?

@thatteacherguy_ @PrimeVideo I'm shocked at how boring they managed to make Tolkien. Deeply boring. Wooden performances don't help it. I don't have NowTV or Sky so HofD has passed me by but after the finale of GoT, I figure it's skippable.
