@O2 Just replied! Have seen other people on Twitter this morning having the same issues! I’m not risking trying another payment like you’ve asked until you can find out if the first ones have gone through! Im afraid but I’m not making a double payment!

@O2 So you'll leave customers 2 months without properly working signal with no update, no resolution date or any kind of help?

@O2 are you doing EAS (Emergency Alert System) messages now? My mum just had a test one with an American styled tone saying what type of emergency it is (but said its a test)? Or is this England wide testing?

@O2 I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro and have received my new 5G sim however when putting it in my phone, it’s not picking up any network. Am I supposed to activate the new sim from my old sim? I’m confused.

@O2 Wtf?!?! Why are you rudely waking people up at 07:45h testing an emergency alert system? Is that really necessary? Can't you test it at a more civilised hour?

@lookerslounge21 @O2 I was with EE for years but their prices went through the roof. They are all as bad as each other now I think.

@O2 Hi. I completely understand that it was a test, but I did not know about the test programme nor did I choose to be included in it. The timing was incredibly poor. You MUST inform people about these events in advance. I'd like to be told why my number was chosen, please.

@O2 Yes, it clearly said it was a test. My problem is that you tested system at 07:45h! That's not on. You ought to test it at a more civilised hour! Will you be taking that feedback on board? I'm sorely tempted to turn off alerts if you're going to be testing the system so early.
