My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@O2 really guys? I'm still on with customer service for my insurance and I've been put through too two people who haven't got anything to do with insurance. This is the 4th time I'm being transferred now.

Well thanks @O2 for wasting an hour of my life. Your customer service was rude and I shouldn't of been transferred to them in the first place and I'm then told the insurance department isn't even open today. Even though I'd already been talking to a member before being 1/2
