    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 I’ve had the worst Customer service from any company today from yourselves by phone and in one of your stores I don’t appreciate being lied to and having the phone call being disconnected I have been on the phone from 8:45am till 18:00 on and off all day with no body helping

    @O2 had my phone stolen, currently travelling around South America - need access to my number, please can you send a new sim to me or find a work around? Have tried friend sending from the UK but it hasn’t arrived. Surely there has to be a way to help me.

    Good evening @LutzSchueler after 16 years as a customer I’ve left @O2 today. Over the last 18 months I’ve experienced 1. Poor network coverage 2. Dreadful customer service 3. Woeful complaint handling 4. Being ignored by your social media team REALLY REALLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH..

    @O2 hey O2 I'm in Greece & can't access my voicemail (901 says no not valid even w Greek & UK country codes) called the number on your website which is supposed to help text me the right no to use but my 'number is not permitted to use this service'. No agents available on chat.

    @O2 I’ve been transferred to over 30 people today I’ve had phone calls ended I’ve been in store all because my contract was cancelled without explaining correctly what was happening and staff being rude

    @Amy2489 @O2 I had similar issue but the support service wasn't helpful not until I was referred to stella_coderdev on Instagram who helped me in getting back my asset. She is helpful

    @O2 I just rang on a different number, and it still didn’t give me an option to speak to someone. Took me straight to a payment line. I’ve asked my bank and they have said the issue is on your end.
