@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@O2 I’ve tried to upgrade my phone. I went through the details and order (which lowers both tariff & device payments), paid the remaining balance of my current phone plus two extra items and the money has been taken. But order failed and nobody will help. #poorcustomerservice

@O2 Hi. Got a sus call from a guy saying he was o2 and asking if I got a text. Then a one time code came through + a fraud warning. Tried to call 202 - no answer. 1. Is there a data breach on o2? 2. How can someone other than me ask for a one time code to my phone? 3. Help? Tx

@O2 I then got offered 2GB which isn’t really going to help much as I still have a week until it renews. However they still haven’t added the 2GB anyway so I have had to pay £10.50 out of pocket as I needed data asap for work..please may you assist me with this? Thank you
