@kelvinpapp @O2 Almost impossible to get through to traditional customer services at the moment with many businesses. I can understand lower staff due to the pandemic, but it’s still frustrating.

@O2 found out you’ve charged my 14 yr old son £120 for the last 2 months phone bill on a tariff that’s only £3 per month and was supposed to be capped last July so this could never happen again.. Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

@bethellis__ @O2 Same problem, their CS basically uncontactable, and when you do you get passed around from pillar to post with people refusing to flat out cancel your contract. Live chat won't do it, their shops are closed. Making it as hard as they possibly can. And I've had no reply on here!

@O2 the service status for our area says a mast is not working and service will be disrupted this comes days after you undertaking work in the area .. why will 3 of our household mobile phones now still make and receive calls but one won't when we are all o2 or BT who use o2..
