    That's the only sentence I got from @O2 regarding an unfair credit decision from them. No will to help whatsoever. Customer service at its lowest. I'm really glad I didn't go with them.

    @SaraSnowShine @O2 Not the price Sara. Its the network coverage both phone and data. Its horrendous. People cannot hear me in my home, and when I'm on a professional meeting it's embarrassing

    @O2 Thank you for your reply. Is this something O2 will be looking to support in the near future or given this has to share the same number as your pixel phone is the only option to switch contracts to Vodafone or EE?

    @O2 It says I have signal but calls, texts and data all do not work (incoming and outgoing) - if I try to switch from automatic network selection I just get a loading circle forever - I never received a “welcome to Australia” message from that sim, and I’ve tried restarting phone etc
