    £339 admin charge where do I send invoice? @O2 literally all your call handlers aren't able to help. Basically I'm closing my seven accounts because you failed to meet the contractual obligations and I have spent my own time sorting it. Time is precious and you're not taking it.

    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    @SFL2326 @O2 I made this mistake a few years ago and moved to EE - it wasn’t really any better. Heard a few people speak positively about Three - not sure if they piggyback off another network though.

    @O2 I’ve tried multiple times and it says I can’t send you a message and no one answers the call. My service has been dreadful and I’m paying £70+ a month. Release me from these shackles please

    @MarkDesignTutor @virginmedia @O2 Funny that excuse was submitted to me about a Kent mast! My issue with the mast is 11 months plus and it’s nothing to do with repairing, in my opinion it’s to do with o2 greed and constant pushing of devices onto a out of date network!

    @O2 I don't not believe this in the ML5 we were told on 02 status sorted by 11pm 27th. Now not till the 02/09/2022 shocking service. It should be taken into consideration on the next bill paying for a full service u are not providing.
