    @O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

    @O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

    Got on to @O2 support because I can’t send texts. Eventually I was escalated to someone who ignored everything I said and didn’t help; just told me to go to a shop, to get rid of me. Now they want me to give them feedback by text… which I can’t send, because they didn’t help.

    @O2 Contacted you guys at the weekend re upgrading my sim, as I was getting a new phone. Data stopped working on Monday, no matter where I am. Turned my device and mobile data off and on multiple times, nothing appears to work. Had this problem last year when I got a new sim as well.
