@O2 my signal has been on zero for two days now , when will this be fixed , I will withhold my bill until further noticed as this is breach of contract

And @O2 have now sent the phone they damaged back to me, I asked them not to. Seriously bad service from what is supposed to be a reputable company, they won't honour promises 🤔

@O2 so after 5 years with the original IPhone SE. I need to upgrade. As the battery dies so quickly, photo quality seems to be getting worse. Think I’m going to treat myself to the new 13 mini. Shame after yrs with O2 it will cost me the same as a new customer to buy.

@O2 Not in a certain area!! In all areas!! It’s absolutely awful everywhere. I miss being able to go off just 3G, at least that was consistent but now apple have taken that option away I’m stuck with your ****** 4G cheers’en

@O2 so at the risk of being dumb. I am standing below a 5G tower and still can't get more than 4G with Samsung S21+? In fact two sites I tried were having issues connecting to 4G. Can anyone educate me?

@O2 Hi. Layman's terms would be better. Also happened on the train. Everyone surrounding had 5G, I couldn't even get a signal ... not impressed.

@O2 how hard can it be to pay off my device balance . Can’t do it online unless I’m buying another phone and can’t get through to talk to a real person because your automated phone service is useless !
